So glad I finally visited my Google Reader. But for me, making some hard choices is a definite must. One of the things I’ve committed to do today is to begin delegating. Not being able to move through projects faster has been holding me back–not the economy. So I’ve already decided to reach out to someone to come on board as an associate. Ha, ha. That is great Morgan. That is one of the things I think people should consider. A good friend and colleague in the business is John Goolsby of Godfather Films. One of the most successful wedding and event video producers on the planet. He frequently challenges people to double their prices over night. Rarely do people take him up on it. He reports that whenever people do, they come back to him later saying it was the best decision in their business. Good for you.
